Terms of Service - Please Read!
Payment Info
All payment is due before any work is begun. I can discuss payment plans for orders of more than 500$
All transactions are done in USD. Payments accepted through PayPal, Venmo, or Stripe. PayPal or Stripe is preferable.
WIPs/Edits
For custom artwork, I will always send progress images as I go along! Please respond if you have any changes you would like me to make, especially at the sketch stage!
If you would prefer to only see the end product (a surprise!) please let me know!
Once art is completed, I will still do small fixes and edits!
However, if you request major edits after completion, I will likely have to ask a fee.
I reserve the right to refund and cancel any commission for any reason!
If you would ever like to upgrade an already finished commission (adding shading, completing a sketch, adding outfits or poses to a ref, for example) I'm happy to do so! Check my Prices page for more info (page wip, for now, just ask!)
Timelines/Deadlines
Timeline varies a bit depending on the complexity of the commission. Generally it takes between 2-4 weeks. Can be faster if my queue is short! (it usually is) for most of my commissions I have an absolute deadline of 30 days after payment! Very complex pieces (such as comic pages/fursuit parts) may take longer.
If the deadline I gave at time of payment has passed and your art has not been received, I will give a refund upon request. Please do not charge back through paypal! I need time to ensure the money is where it needs to be to get sent back. This is a very unlikely scenario though! I've got a great track record and I will always communicate if there is any sort of delay going on for any reason. 💜
Posting/Art Rights
I reserve the right to post commissions and use them as advertisements. If you would prefer your commission to remain private/anonymous please let me know asap!
You may post/use your finished commission for personal use as you please! Artistic credit and a link back to my page is highly appreciated, word of mouth is important for small artists like me!
if you intend to use the art for commercial purposes (Printing on shirts, stickers, logos, etc) I will charge an extra fee or ask for a percentage of the returns. I'm flexible on this! We can work something out.
Adoptables/Character Designs
Do not steal or rip off my character designs! Doing so will get you blacklisted from my work.
Any character design purchased from me is fully yours! Commission art of them, make a fursuit, make changes, go hog wild. 🐗
Crediting me is greatly appreciated, but not required every time you post them. Just please do not claim you designed them!
